This is the one and half year story of my battle to save my children and get them back due to falsified sexual abuse allegations, gross incompetence, and an inherent bias that was used to make numerous attempts at parental alienation. This battle with DSS, the local police, and my ex-wife culminated with an ACD that thankfully expired just before this father's day weekend.
I have been fortunate to have my first somewhat normal weekend with my children this father's day weekend since returning from Disney World in January 2015. Although, the situation has improved drastically it wasn't always so. I have decided to share my story in hopes that there are a number of people out there that could benefit from my experiences. Regardless of whether your a parent or a part of the system that failed my children there are lessons to be learned.
Please stay tuned as I recount the many twist and turns of the case, the subsequent allegations, gross incompetence, and the possibility of corruption. I will also demonstrate just how ineffective the system can be as it lost sight of what was truly important, the children!
